After serving faithfully for over a year in numerous volunteer leadership roles, God led Pastor Lance to join the NPC Staff Team in 2013 as our Pastor to Students. Lance’s smile and contagious energy are driven by his passion and love for Jesus Christ! Ministry is his lifestyle, whether it be in the church, or in the schools. Lance believes that ministry is about meeting students where they are in order to lead them to where they need to be. Lance is married to Kim and has three beautiful daughters, Grace, Madi & Abbey.
