The Bible says the christian life would be joyful, but it never promised that it would be easy.  God is constantly at work in us – changing us to become MORE LIKE JESUS.  Intuitively, we all welcome & desire certain changes in our life…BUT… there are somethings God wants to change that we just aren’t ready to release control of… Sometimes God’s discipline & correction can feel more like a painful chisel than a loving father.
