Ask 10 people on the street, “Who is Jesus?” and you’ll likely get 10 different answers. Who is Jesus to you? We welcome you to explore this question with us and discover the real, lasting, meaningful life for which you were created.

Whether you are visiting this website on purpose or stumbled here, there’s one thing we want you to know: We exist to know God more and make Him known.  We believe that God is real, His Word is true, and this has the power to change your life! Life change begins when Jesus becomes our Forgiver and Leader – our Lord and Savior – and we surrender our lives to Him.

The Bible declares that Jesus is the true and eternal Son of God who was sent by the Father to become a real, living, breathing man.  Jesus taught that the Kingdom of God was coming and that salvation depended on how one responded to Him. Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). Jesus did not come to show us a way to God, but He came to tell us He is the only way to God.

However, Jesus is not just a messenger that came only to tell us about God or Himself, but He came to actually rescue us. The Bible says that Jesus came to die in the place of sinners (that’s us). Jesus said, “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Mark 10:45). Also, the apostle Peter (a close friend and disciple of Jesus) said, “He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed” (1 Peter 2:24). Jesus willingly died in the place of sinners.

After Jesus died on the cross in the place of sinners, the Bible says He rose again after three days. This validated His ministry and His teaching. Jesus rose from the dead and confirmed that He is Lord. After His resurrection, Jesus ascended to the right hand of God where He now ministers in power on behalf of His people and has promised to come back again to gather His followers to Himself.

There is so much more about Jesus and God’s plan to redeem this very broken world (including us!) that we would love to have a conversation about. Please contact us. If you’re ready to make a decision about Jesus, then talk to God about your desire to have a relationship with Him. If you’re not sure what to say, consider the points below as a guideline to help you get started.

  • God, I want to know You. I know that I need You. I realize that because of my sin I’m far from You and there is nothing I can do about the distance between us.
  • Today I want to be forgiven. I want my life to change. Without you, I can’t change anything. So I turn to You, and I turn my back on all that I have placed before you.
  • I believe that Jesus is true and trustworthy, and that only through Him, His death and resurrection, can I experience forgiveness of my sins and a restored relationship with You. He is the way, the truth and the life that I need, just like He claimed to be.
  • By faith, I give my life to Jesus Christ, believing that He will transform me and set me free. I choose to make Him the leader of my life.
